A small gap of $20 will also apply.

Do you accept private health funds?

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you  cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment when it is in your control. This allows us to fill your spot with another appointment. Late cancellations will be afforded a warning for the first time, after which the full appointment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

How far will you travel for home visits?

We travel all around South West Sydney! From Liverpool to Campbelltown. We will only charge a maximum of half an our for travel.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical reports, scans (X-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds), a list of medications if applicable and medical history (if you have not already completed our pre-appointment form), and comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes that allow for easy movement. If you are using private health insurance, bring your health fund card, and if you have been referred by a GP with a Medicare EPC form, please bring those documents as well as your medicare card. If you are seeing us and have a discount card, please bring the physical card too.

How long are appointments?

For our private physiotherapy, initial appointments are 30 minutes, and follow up appointments are 30 minutes.

For NDIS Physiotherapy, initial appointments are 90 minutes, and follow up appointments are 1hr (45 minutes treatment, 15 minutes documentation)

Will my private health insurance cover physiotherapy?

  • Many private health funds provide coverage for physiotherapy under their extras policies. The amount covered depends on your plan. We recommend checking with your health fund to confirm your level of coverage.

How many sessions will I need to recover?

The number of sessions varies depending on the condition, severity, and individual response to treatment. After your initial assessment, we’ll provide a tailored treatment plan with an estimated recovery timeline. We pride ourselves on not ‘over-treating’ like a lot of other clinics. Our number 1 goal is to get you back to 110%, as fast as possible, and in as little sessions as possible.

I have a question that is not on this FAQ page. How do I get it answered?

We are here to help! Contact us and our friendly team and we will get back to you in 24 hrs!
