Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, ensuring continued individualized treatment.

A precise diagnosis—if physiotherapy can help, we will provide the best plan to get you better, fast.

If physiotherapy is not the right solution, we will refer you to our trusted network of GPs, surgeons, and specialists.

Personalized Recovery Plan

A clear timeframe for when you can expect to be pain-free and back to full function.

A collaborative approach: We’ll work with you to set achievable goals and create a treatment plan that gets you back to your best—fast.

A full explanation of your injury, including why it happened and the most effective path to a 110% recovery.

Coordination with other healthcare professionals involved in your recovery, such as GPs and surgeons (with your consent).

Effective Hands-On Treatment & Exercise Prescription

Immediate pain relief through manual therapy, which may include:

  1. Massage
  2. Joint mobilization and manipulation

  6. Traction and friction therapy

Targeted exercises to support your recovery, typically 2-3 movements to perform at home.
